Looking back I made a lot of mistakes trying to lose may chest fat. My first is I did not have the information to get the job, or the information I had was false. Some people may say you learn from your mistakes but when it comes down to your physical appearance I believe getting the job done right the first time is the way to go.
A simple beginner mistake I was making when I first started to do a little weight lifting exercises for my man boobs was spot training. All I was doing was chest exercises and nothing else except for maybe some bicep exercises. Even when I did cardio I was focused primarily on my chest. I now know if you want to have well defined pectoral muscle you cannot spot reduce or build.
Losing chest fat can not only be lost from the chest you must take an overall approach to losing body fat. It is oftentimes stomach area and chest area for a man that the fat will diminish from last. It is a major bummer but that is how it is for most men.

You can add exercise to burn more calories, or even eat 250 less calories a day and burn 250 calories through working out. It is also possible to burn more calories by adding weight to your body, but it must be muscle. A pound of muscle will burn fifty more calories per day. So to lose a pound of body fat week you could add ten pounds of muscle.
For most combining diet and a good exercise program will be all that is needed to get rid of man boobs.
